  1. Even the subtlest of changes can create a welcoming feeling in homes that are listed for sale. It doesn’t cost a fortune to incorporate staging into every property you list. Professional stagers are key players on marketing teams.

Recent statistics found on the website for Real Estate Staging Association indicate that in 2008, when the national average for days on the market for vacant homes was 190 days, comparable STAGED homes sold in an average of 28 days. For occupied homes the average days on the market with PROFESSIONAL STAGING was only 6 days! That’s 7-10 times faster because of the staging. And sales are quick enough, sellers avoid those hard hitting price reductions!

  2. Since over 80% of today’s buyers start their search for properties on the net, the online listing needs to quickly illuminate the possibilities of a home. A ‘staged’ home will
capture and entice buyer’s interest because it demonstrates a desirable lifestyle.

In today’s competitive market, staging should be considered in order to make the home for sale stand apart from the competition.
