Hello,
I have a client who is remodeling his current home. He is debating putting in a larger walk in master bath shower but no soaker tub. What advice would you have for this? Are soaker tubs a thing of the past? I have buyers that are still impressed with 5 peice master baths but I didnt’ know if this trend was changing. Is he limiting his resale potential by doing this? How much so?
